We want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer easy returns within 30 days of your order date. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log in to your account or use our guest return portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the generated return invoice.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any Canada Post location, or bring your items to any Reitmans store for an instant return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
