Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items with original tags attached and include the packing slip, then print and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized Canada Post location or schedule a pickup for convenient processing.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
